Question?Airbus A320 Initial/First Officer Training

Hi. Folks I have the Airbus A320 initial pilot /first officer training question.
I am going for a selfsponerd initial pilot training for the Airbus 320 aircraft.
what is the diffrence between captians type rating certification and first officer endorsements. Is there any specific numbers of hours to be flown in the flight simulator.I am asking this question because I have call up few Type rating organizatations one fly more hours in the simulator other one has less hours . After the completion of the type rating course does the rating documents come from the aviation authority. In the simulator does the trainee fly simulator as pilot flying?
This question is for guys who are simulator instructors or work with the type rating applicants and those guys who went for selfsponcer type rating for the Airbus A320. Is it possible for two guys, both for initial pilot/first officer training, to receive simulator training together and split the cost of training?
Thank you in advance.
Burney.

Airbus A320 Initial/First Officer Training

Typically SSTR organisations will pair together trainees for the course. Learning the Airbus involves becoming competent at both Pilot Flying and Pilot Not Flying duties so seat changing is the norm during sim sessions involving similar rank candidates therefore half your time will be spent in the seat you hope to occupy. A slight drawback is that PNF duties are learnt in the wrong seat but this is not greatly significant.
Good luck !
