A320 EO Max Rec Alt
A'right everybody, I'm at home trying to make a sense of everything I lerned douring my simulator training on the A-320 and I came across some notes took douring the debriefings which I'm now to quite sure wether they're right or not...
After an engine flame out in cruise, when the FMGC has detected the failure, there is an Engine Out Max Altitude on the progress page (MCDU), does it indicate the eng out altitud for the standard strategie or it is for the obstacle strtg.? And, in the cruise Perf page, is there any indication about any of those altitudes? (PEGASUS)
Tried to get it on the FCOM 4 but it doesen't talk about the strategies at all...

Progress page will show the altitude at long range cruise speed ( anti ice off ). Obstacle strategy is flown at green dot and is therefore a higher altitude. Tables detailing values are in FCOM 3.06
