Hi,
Fokker 100 flap setting for take off is 0,8,15 and for landing is 25,42.
breifly at ISA condition for RWY up to 6000 feet t/o flap is 15,for 6000-8000 feet t/o flap is 8 and for more than 8000 feet t/o flap is 0.
