Anyone there using this airway over the highest mountains in the world?

Lots of conflicting information re; performance, driftdown, fuel jettisoning, diversion and descent strategy for the engine out, two engine out and depressurised cases.

I am with a new company that is trying to develop its policy for this airway and would like to hear about other airlines policy.
