Airspeed after liftoff ?

What do you target ? (V2+10, V2 etc.......)

This is in the all engines operating case.

Could you also specify aircraft type.

Would love to hear from some Dash 8 drivers.

Our company SOP for the Dash 8 is to fly between V2+10 to V2+20 until acceleration altitude.
