Cool

Most still do an NDB as part of the renewal process, usually followed by a Min Vis Circuit in my part of the world.
Good for tweeking the overall situation awareness, if you can do that, the rest is a bit easier.
What will happen when no more NDBs??? Have to think up other fun I guess.

"S/E NDB App [not a straight in] in HDG SEL using EITHER vnav or lnav[not both]"

Can you clarify this as you can't do LNAV and HDG SEL at the same time obviously. Otherwise yes, we have to do it in HDG SEL and VERT SPD. So you have it easy, stop your complaining!
