BBC world news HF frequencies

Would anybody have a list of HF frequencies for the BBC world news - just trying to keep the soccer punters happy!

12095 works the best most of the time. You can get five live on 909 on the ADF from about 500-750 miles from the UK.

9410 is also fairly reliable.
