Question n00b Question (ACN-PCN)

I need some help here.....

How do you find maximum possible weight for a given PCN & Subgrade?

e.g. A B767 is at a place that is 37/F/C/X/T and the max apron mass is 185.5 tonnes, and the Operating Mass Empty is 90.7 tonnes. The "Flexible pavement subgrades - Low (CBR=6%)" is 70 for the max mass and 25 for the empty mass. What's the maximum weight for 37 PCN?

I think it's something like 116 tonnes but I don't know if it's correct because I don't quite know how to do it.
