Jepp MOCA/MEA/MORO/MSA corrections

Does anyone know what , if any, temperature or wind corrections are covered in the published figures?
Cheers

As far as I know, the only factor taken into account is Qnh=960hPa.

In fact, it's recommended somewhere that YOU do consider low temperatures or high winds kickin' up when flying close to large mountains, hence reducing the local pressure due to Venturi effect.

That's theory, at least.

Anyway, I think driftdown policies and tables within most airlines will take into account some headwind and low temp.

Cheers
