A320 QRH -ENG DUAL FAILURE -procedure Question

Consider the "NO FUEL REMAINING PROCEDURE" version of the dual failure.

Why wait until touchdown to shut ENG MASTERS OFF? If they just control the fuel valves why even bother? You're empty. The switch must interface with another system like flt controls but what and how?

all i can think of is it also cuts off fadec power too (5 mins operates on A/C elec supply)...would lead to other warnings cautions etc...thinking along the lines of the 'landed' signals various systems
