How is Thrust to Weight ratio represented?

Is it just total thrust of 2 engines in lbs over aircraft MTOW in lb

77000 lbs thrust each, so multiply by 2 = 154000

154000 divided by 550000 lbs MTOW = 0.28 ?

is 0.28 how it's represented?
