Use of Colour in emergency/abnormal checklists

I've just been reading the latest version of CAP 676 (UK CAA Guidance on design of emergency checklists) and was intrigued to note that while it still advocates NOT using colour in any of the text (as before) it does advocate using colour to replicate warning captions.

I'm interested to note what use of colour do you have in your checklists or QRHs, and do you have trouble reading coloured captions in dim lighting and/or with red 'wander' lights on?
