Turbojet Thrust
Hi
This is one for the engine guru's.
I have found a graph of the RR Avon R29 thrust curve from both test-bed and flying tests (in a Fairey Delta 2)
However, because there was re-heat fitted to this engine the re-heat duct/pipe reduced the maximum non-reheat static thrust from 10,500lbs to 9,500lbs (almost 10%)
Does anyone know if this fitting would have reduced the non-reheat thrust just towards the top end of rpm or pro-rata all the way down?
Cheers
Chris
