JAA minimums
In our European-Mediterranean Jeppesen manual there are some airports that have a separate chart 10-9X that has JAA minimums which seem to differ from local minimums. For example at Damascus, Syria, the minimum visibility for the NDB 05R approach is 2400m for Cat C aircraft, but on the 10-9X chart it says 1400m. Don't the stricter local rules in a country apply?
