ground idle intake flow rates?

ground idle intake flow rates?
I am looking for approximate ratios of engine intake mass flow rates (ground idle/max take off) for turbofan engines of bypass ratios between 4.5-8.5 during ground roll (0<Mach<0.2). I have a figure of approx 0.3 for a BPR=4.5 engine but suspect that this figure varies with increasing bypass ratio. Can anyone supply any data?
Specifically looking for this data for CFM56-5A (A320-200), CFM56-5C (A340-200), Trent 556 (A340-600) & GP7275 (A380-100) if anyone has the info for those particular engines or something of similar specification. But approximate values will do too for my purpose.
