B747 Performance

Would anyone be able to help with the following? - just looking for 'ball-park' figures.

1. B747-200 (engines manufacturer not known)

a) RTOW from a 10400FT runway (assume flat), 1400FT ASL, +35C, zero wind component.

b) Same for a B747-400 (engine type again not known)
