Can anybody please advise the best website to find specs and lims, i.e door widths and cabin heights, of aircraft, namely those that are freighters or able to carry cargo.

perhaps you could find some useful info on the "Freighter Reference Guide" by Boeing (but not limited to Boeing aircraft). It is available online at:
