gents,

wonder if any of you have any references to history of spurious engine indications for the B777 with RR Trent engine?

did some searches but nothing seem to turn up?

any help would be much appreciated.

Refraisal tin foil from reverser halves contacting EGT probes causing EGT fluctuation. Very old issue.

Or something else maybe?
