Hi,
my company mel let me fly with in operative acas for two days (mel interval 2 days). But one of my friend told me, I can not fly to germany with acas u/s because their acas interval is 0 (zero) day.
Any body has idea or sourec to see what is german mel requirment for acas interval?
best regards

Hi yaverona,
You'll find it in your route manual under ATC (or whatever your RM supllier calls the section containing deviations from ICAO airspace & ATC rules & regs).
You will find that some contries have an airspace policy more restrictive than OPS-1 subpart K & L. Can't recall off TomH if .de have the said restriction - but might require your ops people to do a bit of replanning if that should be the case.

route manual
hi,
route manuals say nothing about this. And lba.de says that aircraft should have acas II. But there is nothing regarding if it is on the hold item list. Aircraft is equiped but it is u/s.
