Thumbs up

I believe it's about the 777 being totally designed by computer and being very efficient that way. And wasn't it the first aircraft to enter service with prior ETOPS approval? And of course it;s a Boeing first fly by wire aircraft, but still keeps the control yolk.

All the best for the interview! Hope you can post an interview debrief on the FH forum.

You might want to see what Boeing have to say about it:

BA will not ask any questions about aircraft, so I would spend my time thinking up answers for the 'touchy feely' questions they ask.

QNH1013, I think you'll find it has a control yoke rather than a control yolk, at the risk of having egg on your face! Mind you, some pilots like to have scambled egg on their hats!

The engines are also made out of second generation titanium blades which make it even lighter.
