Question Performance Schedules: Part of ?

Could somebody please help me out with this question?

Is the 'performance schedule' of an aircraft part of the CoA or Cert. of Performance? I've already ruled out that it is part of the ops manual since that is largely created from the AFM (by the company).

TIA
