Question B737 MEL and FAA

I would aprpreciate any help about b737 MEL and FAA rules. More precisely what FAA says about MEL requirements.

Start with a look here. You can subscribe to receive MMEL revision advice and the specific MMEL documents (eg B737) can be downloaded from the FAA website.
