Nobody knows the right answer...

And the answer is........a deicing costs about 1500 Euros depending on the airport.....

depend on type of aircraft,type of fluid used. onestage or two. in fact all types are available ie type 1 2 3 and 4.though not been able to find a holding type for type 3

B777 deicing in LHR, costs range from 800 stg to 5000 stg, depending on the amount of fluid required and type. Therefore there isnt a fixed answer!

Can you still get Type 3?
Nope. Not for several years.
However it is making a comeback as a "new" type 3 fluid should be AEA approved for winter 05-06
