Question 757 winglets

I heard that some operators are getting winglets on their 757īs.
What is the gain (in %)?
Anybody know the cost of the horns? Will there ever be winglets available for the 767? Why arenīt all airliners with winglets? Why is the sky so blue? Why does my grandma have so big teeth?WHY?

There has been a massive response to my question, but Iīve dug up some answers myself. Iīll share them with you here:

Avcorp Industries Inc. announced that it has signed a multi-million dollar agreement with Aviation Partners Boeing (APB) to produce the Boeing 757-200 wing extension assembly that will be used to support the installation of APB Blended Winglets(TM) on Boeing 757-200 aircraft. The initial contract is for 125 shipsets, with an APB option for an additional 125 shipsets. The first delivery, in support of certification flight testing, will be in December 2004. Continental Airlines is scheduled to have the first 757-200 fitted with Blended Winglets re-enter scheduled service by July 2005.
