B737 EFIS fuel flows
G'day
Just a query do any experienced 737 EFIS drivers, have approx SGR fuel flow figures for
Cruise at Mach .79,.80 etc...
gear down cruise
depresurisation @ 10'000
engine out crz typical heights
and block approx fuel figures for start and taxi
and climb to Fl 350-370 ish!
need to know some approx SGR's for the 737 EFIS, so you one can do mental cross check of the flight plan from dispatch.

Bit confused, here, downwind? Your profile is blank, and if you want to "do mental cross check of the flight plan from dispatch" are we to assume that is where you work? In which case, the info is available from your EFIS crews or your ops department.

Typically 200kg depending on where you are - ask your crews again.
.....and it helps to know WHICH 737 EFIS, of course, but your crews should again know that

Have a look at www.b737.org.uk which has some excellent material,rules of thumbs etc including fuel flows etc.

Sorry, ok it is for the 300 and 400 series aircraft, ive had a look at 737.org.uk it doesn't have the information I want.
I need SGR figures for the 737-300/400 similar to the 727 figures I will give you an example of.
CRZ=10.0 kg's per nm *100 nm's= (a block crz fuel of 1000 kg's ignoring clb and des)
depress 11.4 kg's per nm etc....
Wanting some rough SGR figures in my mind to cross check fuel plans.
I hope this clarifys the question.

Rough gross error check I use for the -300 flight plans is 2500Kgs X flight plan time ie 3.5hrs X 2500 = 8750Kg burn.
For the -700, use 2300kgs.
Not spot on especially if there are thumping great HW's or TW's but will give a reasonable check of FP burns
