Airbus 330 performance

This question is for Airbus 330 operators. As you all are aware we have a hydraulic summary page which simplifies things alot. I do have one question though for the blue and green hydraulic system summary. Are we suppose to use the wet figures, or the dry figures for a wet runway? If you try to use the wet figures you will see that for anormal length runway you must reduce weight almost to 150000 Kgs. Are we aloud to land on a wet runway with anti-skid inoperative.
