Post Airbi question of the day!!!

Why does the A-320 roll when flaps are at three and speedbrakes are extending. No one seems to know, at least not the people whom I have asked. Anybody got the scoop??

Interesting. Uneven deployment? Or does it have a continuous rolling tendency in that situation?

Not uneven deployment, although who knows. It is referenced in the FCOM, but no reason is given.

Spearing Britney, so am I normally, it has however happened that ATC or other concerns has called for a even more spirited descent.

Diesel8,

I have also noticed this behaviour, most noticeably when speedbrakes are extended and flaps are going from 1+F to 2 position. Donno why...

This Airbus is o.k., but why did it come with a RENAULT key ??
