Post Low Altitude Acceleration

Hi All.. . I'm curently involved with investigation into Departure Seperation and am after some basic info relating to the initial acceleration of the A319/A320/A321/B757/B767 from rotation to 250Kts. How long in Minutes/Nautical miles it takes to reach SID speed limit and to what extent weight effects this. Can anyone help?. .. .Spiney
