Post Pegasus FMC Uplink Problems

With a mixed fleet, most of our aircraft do not have the Pegasus System. However, the few aircraft that do, seem to have problems uplinking data for takeoff (on or off the gate, mostly on). The message INVALID TAKEOFF UPLINK is displayed in the majority of cases. Following pre-flight cards (setup for FMC) and expanded instruction in our aircraft OM, produce little effect. Each time, the data must be manually loaded for takeoff (numbers). Has anyone had these problems world wide with the Pegasus FMC? Is it a reception problem (ACARS)at the gate? ACARS always seems to work fine-just the takeoff data will not load!

You probably already checked this but we use uplink on our 75/6 fleet with and without Pegasus, and a common problem with Take-off data is that what is uplinked is for a different runway than what is loaded in the Dep/Arr page.
