A319/320/330 Trim Setting

Was wondering how other operators set the trim. Either by units referencing the f/ctl ecam page, or by units on the trim wheel, or by M.A.C. on the trim wheel. And why, thanks

Our loadhseets usually have both MAC and Unit value for trim.

Normally, crew set the trim with reference to the trimwheel MAC scale, then check the ECAM display to see that the displayed trim Units, coincide with the trim Unit value printed on the loadsheet.
