Question GB Airways airducts?

I've flown GB Airways several times and I'm always wondering why they don't have the "screw open, screw closed" air ducts above the seats? This is, I believe, standard on their 737s and their 757s. Is it a Boeing discount model? Like buying a car without the radio or the A/C?

This is not very comfortable for PAX sweating do death in a long ground hold.
