Unhappy Performance and CRM Books?

Hello! Can anyone recommend some good books to read on aircraft performance (especially jet aircraft) and on human factors/CRM. Thanks in advance.

Unhappy

One book I found reasonably good on HF is Human Factors in Flight by Cptn Harry W Orlady, ISBN 1-85742-135-3

Cheers,

I published a book on performance last year, Aircraft Performance: Theory and Practice by Martin Eshelby of Cranfield University.

The book has been well received and well reviewed. It is a very practical approach to the subject.

I would be happy to give you more details if you want to email me.

Danny, Towers or Checkboard might consider this post too commercial but as you asked I thought I would risk it.
