Post SE IFR any news

SE IFR any news. Maybe we should have this to be able to regenerate the industry. I believe Richard Noble was pursuing this idea.
I suppose that this could be a start in the right direction for wannabes or maybe a godsend for those who enjoy this kind of flying. Any comments?

Talking

For a change its good news, yes hard to believe I know! JAR are to approve IFR single engine commercial ops in June/July next year. About time too, hope it will kick start some thin commuter routes in the UK...? Highlands & Islands seem to be ripe for this type of operation, if only the incumbents are brave enough!
