RUSSIAN AIP

Does anyone know how a fellow such as me, can capture a copy of the Russian AIP? I have been trying "official channels" for three or four years. Lots of promises but no book.

Please help.

In the UK you ought to be able to use the AIS office at West Drayton, who are also very helpful over the phone.

Not sure about US, but I guess they have similar facilities somewhere.
