App speed for tail wind

Hi!
747-400 flight crew training manual says "The minimum MCP command speed setting with autothrottles disconnected is VREF+5 knots.". But it says also "Do not apply wind corrections for tail winds.".
If the runway heading is 360,wind is 180 at 10kts and VREF is 130kts ,what is my app speed setting for mcp?

What if the wind is 180/10 gusting 20?

Ejector seat....use runway 18? Outside tailwind limits. (15kts) Or of course...use an ejector seat.
