In fact, my prediction would be that the BW will merely see any Legal action as an overt attempt by "shoddy, underhand, incompetent" rival Investors/Others to thwart his own "detailed, comprehensive and well-funded" plans to launch/revive the Airline(s) (sorry, I've completely lost track (and interest :ok:) as to which Airline(s) he's currently poised to launch/save as it seems to change by the hour/by the Tweet!).

This is a whole new level of insanity. He is apologising to passengers on an airline he doesn't work for, and never has worked for. An airline that despite his best efforts has nothing to do with him. But he is still playing at being CEO??

If this doesn't show the world what sort of fraud he is, nothing will.

Jason is that much of a business genius that he is now claiming that he started to revive Jet 2 years ago i.e. 3 months before it actually went out of business!
