Still registered but no website. Not sure you missed the second 'e' off by accident?

I clicked on the link from one of his twitter accounts so it wouldn't surprise me if he had misspelt it.

Jet Airways

He never bid for the airline, he sent an expression of interest in the 1st round which was not accepted at all. As his credentials could not be verified. Since then his mails have been ignored and for him Jet airways is merely a publicity stunt.
As far as Jet is concerned 3 notable buisinesses naming Hinduja Group, Synergy(Avianca) & Aeroflot expressed interest but failed to submit any bid. Liquidation is the only viable option.
Lenders have asked for an extension of 90 days from Insolvency court for unknown reasons(Maybe due to less value of assets currently due to Coronavirus) and refused to consider any other entity except the 3 mentioned before , in case they change their minds.
So better to not waste your time on something which is only on paper.

Very true, and thanks for the information. However something that is somewhat 'out of the ordinary' in these troubled times is always worth the distraction factor .... ;-)

Actually, the apostrophe did go away, hand in hand with a couple of missing grave accents! :)

Its the responsibility ...

... the creme de la creme ...

Dear God, the boy wonder is off again. With seemingly successful and profitable airlines currently facing potentially business-ending circumstances, he thinks he has the power to relaunch a bankrupt airline into the midst of this crisis!

Seems that Boris has bigger problems on his plate than a mere pandemic - according to BWs Jason4PM2024 twitter hilarity he has cancelled his Conservative party membership. I would imagine that a COBRA meeting will be called soon to deal with with this national emergency!

He has the cheek to complain that his local Conservative Party has blocked him on Twitter when its his weapon of choice when people disagree with him! I've been blocked from one of his accounts after posting a single reply on one of his other accounts which just goes to show how thin skinned he is.

Avgas, he has apparently posted on this thread as Jason Unsworth...

If JU has any shred of humanity (?) in these perilous times, he will put his toy airline back in its box, and avoid any more 'false hopes' for ex-Jet staff and creditors. What're the chances?

Zilch, zero, nada, nought, none, no way.

Our hero sails onwards no matter what set backs get in his way. Loss of website, no problem, incorrect spelling of his own name on his offer to buy Jet Airways, no problem, rejections of his applications, just ignore them and make another 'offer.' The man uses every opportunity to attempt to promote his family immigration problems such as linking the Vietnamese deaths in Essex to his wife's visa rejections, so I'm sure that it won't be long before he links C19 to that lost cause as well.

Just a little update for anyone following this sorry saga.

Atmosphere's annual accounts to end of June 2019 have been filed, which well, just confirm everything that has been said to be fair. In my Q&A with Mr Unsworth last May (2019) (https://kevcoy.com/2019/05/23/the-qa...ntal-airlines/) I asked him several times about funding and how his claims would be financed. Also don't forget, he's also subsequently claimed to be a bidder for India's Jet Airways, going so far as getting media coverage for his so-called bid for it in the hundreds of millions of pounds....

.... all with a declared £50 cash at the bank, £50 in non-paid share capital, making total assets of £100, and the company remains declared dormant, with only two board members, both of which are Unsworth's, and not stake-holders (i.e. investors).

Might lighten the mood for a bit in these otherwise gloomy days - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/c...filing-history

So Companies House didn't have any problem recognising it as a dormant company, after all.

They are probably blissfuly unaware of the manic panhandling, the copious fantasy LOIs and the massive team of phantom aviation professionals he has been paying for....

Companies House would have no reason to not allow a dormant filing, or even investigate it, unless an authority (tax, police, a judge etc etc) asked them to do so - even then they'd just hand over the records as evidence.

The key here, is that the filing proves (not that any proof was required), that either a) he is making fraudulent returns to companies house, or b) is engaged in gross misrepresentation (1. about Atmosphere, 2. about Jet Airways) in order to deceive.
