The fact it's Squawking 7700 and appears to flying around in circles (presumably to dump fuel) would indicate that you may well be right! :ok:

An hour ago, two fighter jets roared over my house in Kent, heading north-west. Very unusual outside Biggin Hill Air Show. Anything to do with the 7700, I wonder?

I very much doubt it.
