Pilot Help Urgently Required!!!

I am a third year student on the City University Air Transport Operations degree course. As a final year project, I am looking into 'Pilot perspectives of automated aircraft'.

I am getting very close to the deadline and have yet to gain more pilot opinions on the subject. I would be extremely grateful if you could take the time to complete a survey I have compiled and pass it onto any other pilots you know who could do the same.
