British Airways and Iberia

Today's papers mentioned the possibility of the two airlines getting together. How will the resulting culture mix and pay expectations work out, should it come to pass?

What will the strengths of the combined airline be perceived as?

This may belong in questions, but I expect most people with valid views will be on this forum.

cannot really see it happen, since too much a mixture of aircraft, with ib 743 and airbus longhaul focus. however would compliment each other with routes, since ba focus well on africa, australasia, north america and ib focus on south america and central america along with their base in mia. don't ba own 1/4 of ib?
