Even as far back as March of this year, when Swiss began publicly discussing designs for their new uniforms, the target date for introduction was 20043 or 2004.
Could conceivably be in order to preserve the perception that they are using their funds for "core" investments and operational expenses rather than what could be considered a pure image exercise.
