Question Engineering/Maintainance

How many of the companies you fly for , have engineer related courses for human factors in engineering?.

Just wondering, as I feel that if it is deemed such a necessary subject for the practicing professional stick ,pedal and noise maker, under JAR, then surely one would like to think that it was equally, or maybe even more important for the maintainance tech,s.
