Did the crew of this aircraft fall asleep?

I was checking FlightRadar24 today whilst on a cruise ship sailing from Darwin to Bali today (indicated by the blue dot in the image) when I noticed this highly unusual manoeuvre.
The question is - did the crew fall asleep?IMG_1512.PNG
