Provenance of the photo?

Taken from where?

Exact time? (should be in the EXIF).

Exact time was 1:24 PM PST. Photo taken from southeast of Golden Gate Bridge (Presidio) and Northeast of Golden Gate Park facing due South.

Someone I know took the photo and was curious.

Correction - photo was taken facing due North, so near Golden Gate Bridge or North.

First I saw an F35, due to the suggestion from the OP that it was a fighter! My eye said it was an Embraer bizjet, but damnit it was a fighter..... ;-) Those smartphone cameras are wonderful in so many ways, but when on extended zoom, the software aliases what it thinks is the shape of the object and misidentification can be pretty easy.
