Smell of exhaust fumes A320/321 NEO

I’ve noticed on my last 3 flights on a 320 /321 NEO a noticeable smell of burnt fuel after engine start and shutdown. I was SLF but know it wasn’t caused by a tailwind. Is this a known issue ?

Doesn't have to be tailwind, can just be jet exhaust going to the APU inlet.

Disregard my opening post it’s a technical/ flight safety issue.
