All easyJet flight numbers changed
I suspect you're confusing flight numbers with alphanumeric ATC callsigns. Most major European airlines, including EZY, use those extensively and they typically change en masse with each successive IATA season.
For example U2 602 (Edinburgh-Luton) used EZY94UD in Summer 2022, EZY15LU in Winter 2022 and for the Summer 2023 season (which started yesterday) it's using EZY72DP.
You will see exactly the same thing happening with BA, Iberia, Lufthansa, etc.

if you have a look now ezy11 was ltn Edi for the last 20 years It’s now become ezy 11 bfs-edi.
Manchester ezy used to start with 1, now start with EZY2XXX
Bristol used to start with 6 now moved to EZY 2XXX
Liverpool was EZY7XXX is now EZY3XXX
It’s not call signs- actual flight numbers.
