BA 269 (LHR - LAX) turnback

I just happened to be on FR24, looking at flights to LAX, and saw BA 269 turned back to LHR about an hour after takeoff. It has landed OK and doesn't look like an emergency, but I'm curious whether anyone heard any reason for the turnback?

One passenger on Twitter says it was a medical situation involving the copilot, with an ambulance crew meeting the plane at the gate.

Was on frequency when details were given. Captain was incapacitated with severe abdominal pain. Hope he’s okay?
