Spotted this morning; a C-5 Galaxy (purple) and an Antonov-124

The An124 has gone into Prestwick...

We could do with a "interesting aircraft" permanent thread really - saw a Gulf III the other day, a rare beast these days.

I agree!

Gulfstream III ? I thought that they'd been banned from the EU due to being too loud, even with hush-kitted engines ?

This one emanated from Cartersville in Georgia and flew to Stuttgart via Gander.

Aha! Yes they are a specialist medivac outfit with I think 2 or 3 outfitted G3's and others. They get about and seem to operate in the less salubrious areas.
