Merlin Over Horsham Today
While out for my walk about 1610 today, an EH101 Merlin helicopter appeared from the west over north Horsham, West Sussex. The aircraft was very low, light grey colour (Royal Navy?), circled once over the fields north of the A264 then disappeared in an easterly direction. Have seen Chinooks, Apaches and Pumas on odd occasions going through this area before but normally a bit higher altitude and going east to west. Anybody know what it was up to?
