Finding old Ryanair registrations

I'm fleshing out a list of all the flights I've ever taken, and I've used a lot of good sources to fill in registrations of aircraft – primarily ACARSD. The big gap I have is Ryanair from 2010 onwards – Casper Flights has some data, but call signs are invariably in the form RYR20FY rather than actual flight numbers, which makes tracking down individual aircraft challenging to say the least!

Is there a canonical list for these somewhere, or do they change all the time?

ATC callsigns that are alphanumeric, ie. differing from the timetabled flight number, typically change at the beginning of each season. Good luck!
